James is a trial attorney at Dash Law Firm with a concentration in No-Fault litigation.  Prior to joining the team at

The Dash Law Firm, James was  managing attorney within the  No-Fault department of a Fortune 100 Insurance Company.  His principle responsibilities were to oversee litigation in its entirety throughout the State of New York .

James was essential in directing the implementation of strategic procedures throughout the company in order to improve its litigation results.

 

James utilizes his unique and expansive skill set to obtain optimal resolution for his clients quickly and efficiently.

 

Raised in Baldwin NY, James currently lives in Massapequa with wife, 2 young boys and beagle. One of  James main passions is to instill in his boys a love and respect for the outdoors.
